The Davidson College of Engineering has announced a partnership with Bay Area high-tech companies, led by KLA-Tencor Corporation and Xilinx, Inc., to provide $1 million in funding for its Engineering Pathways to Success program. The EPS program, a public-private initiative engaging middle and high school students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education, is helping motivate more students into STEM fields. Students who participate in the EPS program are well-prepared and geared for success in engineering programs and careers.
