Undergraduate students in the Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering may apply for a number of scholarships. (Graduate students should check with their major department for scholarship opportunities.)
The Silicon Valley Engineering Scholarship (SVES) Program provides four years of funding to selected incoming frosh and is funded by corporate sponsors, family foundations and individual donors. Scholarships typically offer $5,000 per year. Incoming frosh should apply during the Spring application window before their Fall matriculation.

The Engineering Leadership Pathways Scholars (ELPS) Program provides two to three years of support to selected sophomore and junior students, including transfer students and is funded by the National Science Foundation. Scholarships typically offer $5,000 per year. Incoming transfer students as well as continuing SJSU students should apply to this program during the Spring application window.
