The Engineering Student Success Center (ESSC) will help you move successfully from freshman to senior year, supporting and enhancing your learning and overall academic experience. ESSC is an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration, builds community and supports your smooth transition into college.

The center provides outreach and recruitment activities; first-year experience programs for freshmen and incoming transfer students; academic advising by professional and peer advisors; tutoring resources; professional development and practice services; and career and graduate school guidance. Leadership opportunities are available through participation in over twenty-five student chapters of national engineering professional organizations, which comprise the college’s Student Leadership Council.
